Balance transfer from a debit to a credit card?

So I not paying attention gave the wrong card to the credit card company that I wanted to transfer a balance from another credit card i have, unfortunately I gave them my debit card. So far the credit card I got to transfer the balance has posted, but my debit card shows no transactions yet of that amount, my bank who I have my debit card told me, if it does post it be will negative of the amount.


So my question is has this happenes to someone before and what happened? Is it possible? So I far I was told to wait a couple more days before submitting a dispute, any opinions?
