Can my adviser sanction me because of this ? (JSA)?

ive only been signing on for the past month or two so i really don't know the ins and outs of it.. basically i was put on a four week short course by my advisor. asked her if i had to still apply for jobs whilst im on the course and she said no. Last week when my course was ending she emailed me and said that i should have been looking for jobs whilst being on the course even though she told me no..... so i have an appointment on friday and ive applied for 27 jobs so far but i need to do another 15 .. its really frustrating because i specifacally asked her.. do you think she can sanction me because of this reason?

i am job seeking. my adviser AT THE JOBCENTRE put me on the course so i gain more knowledge. there was a universal jobmatch part of the course which was also job seeking. so before you come on your high horse please read up on the jobcentre.. they continuously trick people so they can stop money that people rely on TO EAT.
