Can my brother cash my check for me? (from guitar center)?

So I returned some equipment to guitar center and they gave me a $200 check because it was over $50 so they couldn't do cash. The check says "to the order of (my name)" however I'm underage so I don't have a bank account, can my brother cash it for me? Or can I cash it myself since the check is from guitar center and only need my I.D. for identification of my name? Thank you for reading
