The account I have has been locked, I cannot log in. I tried calling them but they couldn't link me to any accounts. I still owe them money from a year ago. The address on my account was wrong because I can't change it since the account is locked. So if they've been sending me letters, I haven't gotten them. I pulled up a credit report to see if the money has been sent to collections but it didn't show...I called paypal and they couldn't link me to an account with the money owed either...what can I do??? PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS. Thank you.
