I owe eBay money- will it get sent to collections?

Ive owed them $450 for about a year now. My account has been deleted- I tried calling them to pay but they couldn't link me to any accounts. I'm not linked to any paypal accounts either. I had the wrong address and phone number listed on the account last when it was opened- I have since moved out of state so if they have been sending me letters or calling me I haven't gotten any. Again, I tried calling and they couldn't help. I pulled up my credit report and it didn't show it...what do I do? If they don't have my social security number or a bank account that was linked then how can I take care of this??
