I had a samsung washing machine; It always created impact noises while in operation; It somehow worked for 4.5 years; Yesterday, it stopped working completely; Some part inside it was giving off burning smell; Anyway, I used it on a daily basis, and hence I am not sad about its failure now;


I want to know which company's washing machine gives smooth and noise-free operation; Also which company gives prompt customer service, on being called?
