Ok I know this sounds Like Drastic but Hear me out …
I am a 17 year old girl and Since I was a baby my Mum told Me i got sick A lot My mum also told me I had a hernia I don't know anything other then that…
Basically when I hit 15 I got Sick … I was in agony one day before school I woke up and I just screamed In agony My nan and everyone came running in And My face was bright red I was Just in dying pain It felt like My Appendix was being ripped out of my chest :/
So we went to the doctors and they told me It was Indigestion I believed them and trusted them (wrong decision) After about 1 month I was Still in pain and It was just getting worse and worse now And I couldn't handle it so I went back and said "Please I am In pain Help me…" I pointed out to them where it hurt and they came up with the conclusion That I was Constapaited I again Intrusted my health with them and said Ok they then gave me this Very sugary … I forgot what it is called but it is in a white bottle And It is this thick sugar thing .. I again tried this for a while and it done nothing !
Again over a month the pain got so much worse and started to make me very sick So i went back And they then decided I had IBS now yeah I have looked up on it I won't ever jump to conclusions ever … They gave me a thing Called Laxido It didn't work at all It just made me vomit :/
I went back after my 16th (I gave the laxido 30 days since there was 30 saches) A month after my 16th That was when it started to get very Sick …
I went back and It was noticeable my health was bad I had no colour on my face And just walking up a small slope caused me to feel like i was suffocating .. They did nothing they said to me and I QUOTE "It takes time to kick In give it another month"
So I did I trusted her seriously I honestly Did I mean they are specialists :/
After another month of taking it, It had now gotten to the point where getting out of bed was a serious struggle :/ I was exhausted I couldn't go out I struggled to sleep I would basically vomit everywhere I couldn't eat without feeling sick …
I gave up I had tried for over a year I felt lost no one would help me :(
So I moved out a few months ago with my fiancé and He took me to his doctor Now I love his doctor because He doesn't play about he took one look at me and said And i honestly Quote "Something is not right" He did a full check up on me and said "How have your other investigations on this gone" And i looked him i looked shocked and I said "I haven't had an Investigation At all …" He Looked Honestly shocked he said "But your medical records say you have gone back and forth for over a year and a Half" And i started crying explaining to him that It honestly is torture it feels like I am dying he looked into my family history and found out my family has history of chromes disease, Ulcers, Cysts. bowel issues, Cancer etc etc And he seemed mad that they didn't check I now have a gastroenterology Appointment on the 2nd December …
But my question is If this is something serious ? .. Like majorly serious Would I be able to sue for damage to my body ? e.g - Health issues, Pain, Sickness …. Or anything I will not sit lightly on this … My practice should of done something a while ago And Now I'm scared that it could be something serious and could hurt me :/
Additional Details Well stomach an Appendix isn't in the chest .. If it helps at one point when I was 16 nearly 17 I went to The loo And I felt a sharp pain and then when I whipped There was blood on the tissue (whipped anus)
