We are going to be meeting with an lawyer to discuss estate planning after the death of the husband and father of college-aged kids.


I want to make the most of the time we have with the lawyer, and want to come in with a list of questions. What are some questions or concerns I should bring up?

Thank you for the responses so far. I was not sure what to call it, so I said estate planning. Basically, we are trying to settle all the husband/father's account and plan for taxes and what the wife should be doing for herself.
