What if someone doesn't have the money to pay their high deductible for health ins.?

• cheapest phone plans
• long term health care plans
• accept card payments
• accept credit cards

I can't imagine everyone who is FORCED to have to pay for Obamacare, who does not qualify for subsidies, is going to have $6300.00 sitting around yearly to use on top of their high premiums to pay out if something happens. What happens then? It is so unfair to stick middle class people with the bill moving them to more substandard plans, while the poor get the top of the line for nothing, or maybe a $1.00, & then their entire deductible also waived. This isn't going to clear up the emergency rooms from being over crowded, it's going to make it way worse!! More people are being moved into medicaid, or getting subsidies, who will still run to the emergency room over every little thing.
