Could a company use scores on the SDL or SDLRS to make staffing decisions?

  • employee leasing company
  • employee training programs
  • online payment methods
  • latest quarterly result
...such as using the scores from self-directed learning to select particular people for training, or as a basis for recommending particular training methods or techniques?


This question is in regards to human resource management and training employees.


I figure that a company could use these scores as long as there isn't a violation that could result in prima facie evidence of discrimination. Any links for sources are appreciated.
