At my job they have started a new thing where if you are more than 5 minutes late they can deduct 15 minutes pay. From what I read this is legal.
My issue and concern is that when I come in early or stay late they aren't paying me for it and it's being deducted.
I found out today that my hours have been being adjusted to my set arrival and leave time. Can this be done and is this even legal?
