P45, p46 and p60 for leaving and entering work?

Hi there, i previously with the jobcentre and got myself a job and signed off, on the first day of my new job they gave me some forms to fill out and one of them was a P document i cant remember which one, so i filled it out and gave it back to them, will this stop me from getting emergency taxed? the jobcentre sent me x3 p45 sheets of paper in the post 1 week after i signed off and ive been in the new job for 2 weeks and get payed on the 28th.
