Credit card crisis with Gym empire?

Ok, I signed up with a Gym, Gave no Credit Card Information, I pay cash every month.

Why are they taking away from my Bank Account, I don't ever use Credit Cards unless I buy something Online. Not really of fan of credit. They are putting me in a terrible situation. Fuming enough to sue.

Is this B/S or legal?
