My friend caught an assault with physical contact charge a year ago when she hit the chick her husband was having an affair with. Now a year later she can't get a job. Is there anywhere she can get a job because places like amazon warehouses won't hire her. Also since it was a misdemeanor could she get it expunged? We live in Kentucky if that helps.
How can my friend get a job with an assault charge?
