Protectyourbubble have taken money out of my account?

I bought a policy for my mountain bike with protectyourbubble.com. I had a bike accident around 4 months into the policy and as a result had to pay for the remainder of my contract with the company. But today I have learned that they have taken £21 from my bank account even though I have paid the contract off. I have e-mailed them complaining but does anyone have any idea what they might be doing? Has this happened to anybody before? Thanks.
