Is is possible to pay for a medical procedure w/o the person I am under knowing?

• no medical life insurance
• implant teeth procedure

I need the medical surgery done but I dont need it to be a big deal to anyone. im not on my own health insurance. Can I pay for this using it w/o the person im under getting a notic. or would i have to pay the whole thing?
