This PayDay Loan company went out of business, what should I do now?

I took a loan out with a company going under the name MyCashNow.com about a year and 3 months ago. I still have not received any correspondence whatsoever no phone calls. I recently went to their website and noticed it says temporarily unavailable. I Googled their name and found a article stating that NY government shut them down.

Does anyone know whether I would still owe this money? I am not sure, but all I know is that I want to pay them back and get this "debt" so to speak off my back.

Does someone know any information regarding PayDay Loan companies? (Yes, I know they are bad... You don't have to remind me)
