I stole a $30 pair of headphones and I wasn't necassarily arrested but the guy took me to the surveillance room. I do have to pay a fine and definetly wont do it again. I know it's on my record and I was 16 when it happened, do I just have to get it expunged or what do I do. Mostly because I will need a job and it'd be nice to have a career. And yes I know it was stupid and I'm a dumbass for doing such thing.
Can I get a job and stuff if I was caught shoplifting?
