I got a starter from a seller off ebay I recived it and it didnt work . The seller said send me the car information for a refund and thats it so I put the faulty one in the bin with my old one . Now they are wanting it back and ebay are not on my side does anyone know what I can do . Is paypal a good idea to mark it as not allowed by me ?
