1 If you call a company like a car dealer or parts store and are immediatly put on hold, would you wait or hang up? If you would wait, how long would you wait?
2 If you were transfered to a call center away from the dealership would you still talk to the company?
3 Would you put more stock in someone who answered and then offered to call you back after helping a customer in front of him?
4 Would any of the answers change or be solidified if there was a nearby competitor?
