I'm only 14 and don't have any form of credit card, but I really want to understand savings accounts, APR, credit cards, loans, bank accounts etc. I don't get how they all link.
Say you get a job and are being payed a literal sum each month, not virtual credit or anything, does that money get wired into your bank account?
What is a savings account, a bank account and a direct debit account?
What is PayPal?
What is a debit card?
What would you use to buy a meal at a restaurant? A credit card, and then pay it off after the month?
If you go about buying a house, what do you use to pay?
Where does the money come from when you pay back tour credit balance from a credit card monthly? Your bank account? Is that linked with everything?
Aah I don't understand any of this. Please don't hate.
Does anyone have a website or a simple book to recommend?
I've tried researching, but nothing gives you the basic facts of how to go about financing, like where the money actually goes from your salary and how this relates to your debit card of credit card.
