I would like to know what software or program could I use to keep track of an employee point system,.?

• data cleansing software
• data deduplication software
• employee schedule software

Employees are given points for performance on a 2 week basis, some points change, some points remain the same. would like to be able to input only the changes without having to re-input all the data that has had no change. i.e. an employee was given additional points for attendance over the 2 week period but Attitude points remain unchanged. would like to simply input the change in attendance without having to re-input the attitude points etc... The points are then averaged into one overall score.
