Im having a hard time making a decision about a job path.?

• retirement investing
• employee schedule software

I currently work as a 911 operator and love the job the only problem is that it messes with my school schedule. I recently had a job offer from a local company for asset protection which would make my schedule a little more flexible, and the pay is better. The only problem is, if I leave my current job I wont be able to get it back anytime soon because I am on a probationary period. So my question is should I stay and attempt to tuff it out with my current job and not be able to get it back or take the new offer and go to school full time?
