I have recently accepted a job at a bar/restaurant and at payday, I received an envelope with cash in it as my pay.


Is this typical? It saves me down to cash it compared to a check, but I never have gotten straight cash before.


What about W-2 forms near tax time, will they be able to provide it for me?
