Resume supplements - Excel Spreadsheets & PPTs I created?

So I've currently been applying to numerous jobs without any real success.


At my previous internships I've learned really well how to use Microsoft Excel (i.e. creating spreadsheets to present data as well mastering some tricky formula combinations). When I submit my resume & cover letter I am able to tell them that I have excellent Excel skills but can't really back it up.


I wanted to know if I should supplement my resume & cover letter by also sending them an excel spreadsheet that I created? Also I've created PPT trainings for new interns to learn as well... Do you think this is a good thing? Also if so, should I also add it to my LinkedIn profile (where I can upload my work)? Or do you find this a bad idea?..
