Should I buy Microsoft shares, after they announced the 40bil Buyback program?

So I dont have any shares so far, buy should I buy now, at a price 33.92. How much profit would I have after I sell them aftter the 40 Billion buy back?

Also does anyone have any idea how often does Microsoft pay dividends and how much per share they pay?

Well , because after the buyback program, my stock price is going to be increased, instead of 33.92 it may become 45 per share...this is what buyback does right?
