I've started a t-shirt company that should be fully functioning within the next two weeks. I hired a larger company to promote, keep inventory, ship, handle customer service, etc. So nothing will be home-based and everything will be sold strictly online until I find a few retailers (which I do plan on doing). I live in the state of Florida and would like to register my company with the state. What is the difference between LLC, Inc. Corp., etc.? What would a company like mine, register under?
