They said on the news the USA has a national debt of $13 trillion. That is a lot of money. My laymans view of debt is that one day, some day you are going to have to repay it. Will the American debt keep growing until it overwhelms everyone and the US sinks into an unrecoverable quagmire of financial collapse? Will an out of control collapsing economy be the end of the US as a world super power?
The American debt? Is it the end-game?
