Will my father's criminal record jeopardize my background check if we have the same name?

My father and I share a first and last name, but not a middle name. I was interviewed for two jobs requiring a criminal record check. While filling out the form I didn't include my middle name, which is different. I did provide other information that would differentiate us, but I wonder if they'll even bother going that far.


My record is clean, but his is not.


Is it possible that his will come up?
