How to deal with cheap customers, should you just tell them to go somewhere else?

This guy said 300 is to much for a premium detail for his hummer , that the last person had a set rate of 150 for his hummer , bike, and boat! .. i told him 300 for hummer with wax, buffing, claybar, and motorcycle, and to add the medium size boat 100 bucks making the total for all three 400 which i think is still low for my work but i couldnt believe he came across with 150 for all three and all the time and labor involved . i told him the price again and told him if hes not willing to pay what i quoted he can get someone else. what do you think about this kinda customer?
