My girlfriend and I had an idea to create a small online business selling Unofficial Cosplay accessories and we'd like to know if there were any legal issues with doing that?
For example:
Let's say we make the Troll Horns from Homestuck, make cast molds out of them, and sell them. Would there be any copyright violations if we were to do that?
