Buyer received item on time etc. etc. but initiated a return based on finding a better price. This was a clearance item with pretty strict margins in which it was marked down to cost (no dealer could beat that) which only leaves buyers remorse. We try not to do business this way because the end result with returns is that we loose money on the item considering at best we were breaking even. He got a killer deal on the item and I am trying to wrap my head around why ebay would permit buyers to pull this kind of crap. It has not been the first time and surely will not be the last if we keep selling on here. How does everybody handle these situations??
