Chances are that the Chinese people will love your ingenious name and come to your restaurant in their droves to eat out for a change instead of cooking for people like you. They will enjoy you making something for them instead. But do be warned, they can be very critical if your cooking is not up to scratch and they will know if you cook badly as they are cooks themselves in their own Chinese restaurants.
