I have been working for a shop for the last 7yrs I started on the minimum wage and am still on it !?

I am 62 yrs old and I suppose you could say semi-retired, Our boss is not the easiest man to get on with and when I asked him for a rise about 3 yrs ago he threatened to sack me ! Do I have any rights regarding this situation
