a half hours. We work security and currently are scheduled for 8 hours with a paid lunch, they currently require us to respond to calls if they come out on our lunch break since it is paid. Come the first of the year we will no be required to clock out for our lunch but it sounds like they will still require us to respond to calls. If I am clocked out I am on my own time right? So could they legally do this?
People in Illinois who can help with this? Come January 1st my job is now going to require us to work 8 and?
