hello,
i am currently with a small employer that offers me group insurance with united heathcare
the premium comes to around 900$ for my family = myself(31),wife(29),and kid (1yr).
i had to pay the entire 900$ - entire contribution
and my employer is a very small employer within only 2-3 employees on payroll.

i feel that $900/month of premium is pretty high.
do you think is it because of the small number of employees in the company?
if i shop for a individual policy..will it get a cheaper rate....or atleast i will get the flexibility to alert the benefits so that the rate will be cheaper?...is this a good option to go for
