Ebay, should I lower value when sending?

I sold an item and have to ship it to Indonesia. He paid quite a bit so I don't really want to lose this customer. Anyway, he lives in Indonesia and he was asking me to lower the value to below £25. I said I couldn't do this because it's against the law and If anything happens to the shirt I won't get a refund. He said that's a shame because he has no extra money to pay for customs (Yeah, sure). Then he asked if I could leave it blank and let the customs decide the value of the item.


What should I do????
