A girl that I went to school with managed to get a really good job despite no education.
She was the skankiest girl in school and got knocked up at 15 and gave birth at 16 & dropped out of school.
she hasn't had any education since then (I know her) but she managed to get a job as a residential home loan lender in a boutique finance company. She has a company car, gets 10k bonuses on top of her base salary of 80k. they pay for her travel, corporate wardrobe & gym membership..
She started there 2 years ago aged 19 (shes 21 now) AND she had never had a job prior to that.
How?
I just finished 4 years of college and my starting salary is only 70k with annual increases
just seems kind of unfair
Additional Details Eliza, I want to know how she got a position like that with no education, no experience, no professional references - I mean most peoples FIRST job is at a fast food chain. to have the job she currently has as her first job just seems wrong - to be advising people on such matters with nothing backing her up.
