I got my first capital one credit card and my limit is 500, I used already 496 dollars but that's not the deal because I have money to pay for it, but my question is before making the payment, I only had 4 dollars to spend because of what I owed, then I made a 60 dollar payment, my balance obviously reduce, but my available credit is still at 4 dollars, what gives?
