I worked 22 years and 10 months in autonomous Body of M.P. State Govt. Now I am working in Department of Telecom, Central Govt. since past three years.
Applications through proper channel were invited from Department of Telecom from various departments of State /Central Govt, and autonomous bodies for permanent absorption. I applied and got selected. I resigned technically. But my previous department (An autonomous Body of MP State Govt.) is refusing to give me Gratuity. Please help me in this regard. How can I get my gratuity.
