Ive heard many things but Im wondering how Texas determines how much you get paid for unemployment. The reason is because I had an almost doubling of my pay in the last year but the time frame they want only has that pay covering one quarter.
Someone said they pay based on the highest quarter and I also heard they average it between all quarters.
I KNOW THE PAY RATES but not how your quarterly pay periods are used to determine it.
Additional Details Thank you all, I have corrected my information and my higher pay covers more than half the pay time and Im getting maxed out. Ill be off in December I hope.
