I have a 10 year SBA business loan that I am half way done paying, I still owe $165,000.
The problem is the economy has been terrible over the last few years and business has dropped off substantially. I don't know how much longer I can make my $3500 per month payment to Wells Fargo. I tried talking to SBA and Wells Fargo but I was told that they don't refinance SBA loans. I don't know what to do. The loan is tied to my house (I'm upside down in my house).
Any suggestions on what to do? Bankruptcy? Any grants?
