I have always done my payments personaly in money orders on time and i always have them give me a copy of the money order and the regular recitps of who took the payment with the balance but just recently on agust they lost my money order but i have all my recitps and i try putting a stop to the M.O since it havent been cashed but i cant cause i lost the stub so the currency exchange now wants me to get a secure bond of the same amout of the lost money order that the angent LOST not me. And now they told me they reported it to my credit as bad credit cause according to them im late on my payments wich im still making my regular payments every month and dont see nothing fair about it and also how rude their being to me I dont know what to do. Please help ? I have all my paper work inorder i dont see why i should pay double & get bad credit for something i didnt loose. Please help?
Can i sue my finance angency for loosing my money order and giving me bad credit?
