I have opened a savings bank account, Allahabad Bank, but didn't receive the passbook, what to do?

I have opened a savings bank account, bank name is Allahabad bank, our local branch. One month gone, after repeated requests I didn't receive my passbook. They are saying that they send me a letter and requested me to visit after getting the letter. But I didnot receive any letter from the bank, my details are given 100% true and right . I want a debit card and net banking facility but my account is not active till now.
