Why do I keep getting trademark violation warnings on eBay?

I was selling Angry birds necklaces I bought from China on eBay and today they were removed because of trademark violation. my account has temporary restrictions placed on it for 7 days.


when I search for Angry birds necklaces there are lots of other people selling them. why have I been targeted and reported when there are countless other people selling them?


is there a way to get around this? what if I change the title to Angry birdies?


please help I am stuck with necklaces now :-(
