Why won't Natwest saying my sorts code doesn't match when it's correct?

Right , I'm new to Natwest I have just received my card and Pin and activated it , so I decided I want to use online banking , I fill in or my details and then when I click continue in highlights the sort code in red saying " your sort code doesn't match your account number " but both are right what should I do ?
