Hello Yahoo Answers! I Was approved for a home loan, however the conditions were i must have a letter, saying i will have my job, for 3 years into the future. My employer will not write no such letter.The sells are here in town waiting on clear to close , everything is done. My loan officer said its MSHDA request, since i am useing their down payment assistance. I have enough income to pay the mortgage without the 200$ i make part time. I am worried i will be denied because of this very unfair demand. Any advice ?( i am in Michigan)
Cant prove i will have job in the future?
